Enjoy summer in Liptov, use one and only opportunity to travel by historic train running through the town of Ružomberok, from its Main Station to Zápalkáreň Station. The railway has existed more than 110 years and originally connected Ružomberok and Korytnica Spa.
Today, the unique railway will take you closer to the beginning of “Cyklokorytnička” – a favourite bike trail running along the river Revúca. From Zápalkáreň Station, you can continue on foot or by bike and visit the “Gejdák” farm (1.4 kms), Vlkolínec village (3.8 kms), MiniZOO under Sidorovo (5 kms), Malinô Brdo (6.5 kms), Jazierce, Podsuchá, Smrekovica, Liptovská Osada – Gothal and Korytnica.
