Bratislava Transport Company has prepared an Open Day for
Saturday,
September 22nd. Getting closer to the people, it will open its gates in the premises of Jurajov dvor depot to show off its treasures and let the public admire the company's areas and secrets. Moreover, as a part of European Mobility Week,
the capital of Slovakia offers
city mass transport free for drivers. Driver's license serves as a ticket in this case.
A lot of will be
waiting for you at Jurajov dvor. You will have a chance to see the interiors of assembly plants, repair service or vehicle washer. Grab a cleaning cloth, sponge or cleaning brush and get a true experience how it feels like working at conveyor wash. Please your eyes with the beauty of historical vehicles right at the place where they rest and visit an assembly hall. Convoy of trams will be one of the event's centerpieces. Do miss this
graceful ride from depot to Vinohrady Railway Station via the
city centre.
Expect
historical vehicles, cabrioBUS rides, Funny Bus, children's zone with lots of activities for children, live musical and theatrical performances, insider information and lectures or a gift shop. You can even try to ride a bus or trolloybus. Use a courtesy tram line Nr. 10 to get comfortably to and from the depot from the
city centre's Ľudovít Štúr Square free of charge.
