The fourth annual Winter Food Festival, organised by the Gurmán na Slovensku (Gourmet in Slovakia) food guide in collaboration with the Slovak Tourist Board, starts on January 14 and lasts until February 17, 2016.
The
Winter Food Festival takes place at selected TOP restaurants. It offers visitors not only an unusual dining experience, but also
the unique feeling accompanying each participating restaurant’s ambiance and
professionalism.
The festival menu’s affordable prices guarantee that anyone
interested in premium food will be able to visit the best – and sometimes
outside of our budgets – restaurants in Slovakia.
Participating restaurants offer fans of premium food a festival menu consisting of three dishes: One iconic dish – a given restaurant’s speciality, one taste of the region – with an emphasis on local and seasonal ingredients, and one of our mothers' recipes – a dish prepared according to a family recipe with a long-standing tradition.
