The region offers its visitors a lot of opportunities for entertainment: 15 skiing centres, more than 70 kilometres of downhill slopes, 72 ski lifts and cableways. On top of that exotic aquaparks with seawater, tropic vegetation and thermal baths below Choč. This is an unrivalled combination only available at Liptov.

Skiing and water relaxation are accessible free of charge for visitors to Liptov during the winter season. This year again the greatest attractions of the region will for a third year in a row be connected with the Ski & Aqua Bus, setting off for its first ride on 25 December. The bus will take the holders of the Liptov Region Card to new places not accessible this way in the past.
