In the Christmas time, during preparation for the most beautiful holiday of the year, the Trinity square comes back to the atmosphere of Christmas markets. Christmas tree lights indicate from far away that the most beautiful time of the year is coming.

This year between November 29th to December 22nd, you can take delight in the right Christmas atmosphere in Trnava during the Christmas market. It is held in the Trinity Square with special Town tower visits or Town Hall Tea events each year. Come and enjoy with all others the magic advent at the sounds of Christmas carols and popular Christmas delicacies.

 

Just taste the Christmas punch or hot mead, chestnuts roasted directly on fire, roasted smoked shephards cheese with cranberry sauce, cakes or buy beautiful handmade Christmas decorations, toys and accessories. Maybe you find inspiration for Christmas gifts thanks to almost hundred stallholders.

The right Christmas mood comes with the musical performances by famous names and also by the smallest ones - children from nursery and primary schools.

In December at the time of Christmas markets there are special Town tower climbs organised, during which you can take delight in a beautifully decorated town of Trnava and breathe the Christmas magic. If you are at the right place in the right time, you can be offered a cup of tea by the town mayor himself, thanks to the tradition of each year called Town Hall Tea.
