The main objective of the Soup Festival in Košice is to present how diverse the metropolis of the Eastern Slovakia is and showcase everyone who is a part of it.

Although the Soup Festival has become a favourite dining experience, the primary intention behind it has been and remains to deepen mutual tolerance, honour and respect for the qualities different nationalities, groups, communities and individuals bring.
