Description of the route: Moderately demanding tour with an ascent to Šíp Mt., the rocky guard of Orava and Liptov regions. It begins with a demanding ascent. 
The ascent to the Šíp Mt. is attractive because of various reasons. This mountain standing out and above the entry to the both regions of Orava and Liptov intrigues tourists with the picturesque forms of its dolomite cliffs, fantastic views of valley of the Váh river and the old peasant huts forming the village Podšíp are also worth seeing.
