The international ski resort Snowparadise Veľká Rača Oščadnica is situated in the Kysuce region in the Kysucké Beskydy Mountains. The location of the resort is very interesting as it is located near the Czech Republic and Polish border. Access to the resort is trouble free and securely maintained during the winter.
The greatest advantage of the resort is its size and disposition in three different, mutually interconnected ski areas - Dedovka, Marguška and Lalíky. There are ski runs of all difficulties, so anyone, from beginners to the most demanding skiers, can enjoy skiing here. The service offer is varied – ski school and children's ski school, ski servicing, ski rental and sport shop. To enrich your skiing you can borrow ski-fox or experience the bobsleigh, which is the biggest attraction in the resort.
There is almost 14.5km of regularly groomed ski runs, all covered with technical snow. The number of ski runs is 15, of which 7 are blue (easy), 5 red (moderately difficult), 2 black (difficult).
Night skiing
Night skiing is available on runs with electric lights - Košariská I (easy, length 1300m) and Košariská II (moderately difficult, length 1400m). Transport of skiers is ensured by a 4-seater chairlift in Dedovka.
Cross-country skiing
Lovers of cross-country skiing can also come into their own as there are ungroomed 1, 3 and 5km cross-country trails. The start of the trails is at the top station of the chairlift in Dedovka.
