The “Zveropark” in Revištské Podzámčie will open its gates on 25 March 2016 to all admirers of beautiful nature and interesting animals.

There is also a gurgling waterfall, a lake full of fish, and a meadow perfect for picnics and relaxing.

Zveropark is a moose farm with more than 30 animal species located on an area of about 21 ha.

The moose are the dominant feature, but other animals that inhabit Slovak forests as well as animals from abroad are featured as well.

During the open season, there will be special programmes for school trips and various themed weekends with lots of attractions and games for children.

Visitors can also spend their spare time here in an active way, at the petting zoo, feeding the animals, enjoying the picnic meadow and relaxing, having bonfires in the open air, trout fishing on the lake, eating barbecue specials and much more.

The attractions include a children’s playground, an amphitheatre, slingshot shooting, camping, a trampoline, toys and other games, and a lookout tower with a beautiful view of the surrounding environment and nearby castle.
