Description of the route: Difficult all-day tour with large altitude difference. The frequent alternation of marking requires increased attention at the crossroads and use of map. 
You will see the “fairy-tale” like chateau of Smolenice, the ruins of the Ostrý Kameň Castle, as well as the Záruby Mt., the highest point of the trip and simultaneously the tallest mountain of the Malé Karpaty Mts. It does not offer views as trees hinder them.
