The Night of Museums and Galleries 2016 will take place on Saturday, May 21. On this day, local museums and galleries will focus on activities that usually remain hidden from the public eye – in other words, they’ll open their “secret chambers” to the public.
For only one day each year, visitors can stay at the Slovak National Gallery until midnight. Over several hours, visitors will be able to attend special presentations on the gallery’s current exhibitions, workshops for families with children, workshops for adults, musical performances and other fascinating events.
