The exhibition is located at the square in the burgess house no. 20 whose facade catches one’s eye with the motive of a seashell. Life and work of Master Pavol of Levoča, one of the greatest late-Gothic masters, is presented.
His most significant works of both monumental and chamber character, whose originals are found in the churches of Central Slovakia, are documented in facsimiles, while the photo documentation material presents Master’s path of life.
Alongside the living premises, a room is located in the back part of the house that used to serve as Master Pavoľs workshop. There is a Renaissance ceiling, a double window and a column in the centre.
