Wild fun at the "horned sledge" made without any single nail or screw. Come to the southern side of Mt Chopok and enjoy a horn sledge race that will be held for the third time on slopes in Jasná. The race starts in the locality of Kosodrevina with the final in the locality of Krúpová.
Horn sledge racing is a fun adrenaline experience for racers as well as a great attraction for spectators to spend a day in a spectacular mountain environment and encourage the horn sledging enthusiasts.

Opening ceremony of the International horn sledge race in Brezno on Friday evening will bring presentation of racers and horn sledges, history of horn sledges and demonstration of carrying wood or hay, symbolical race in costumes at the square as well as fun with folklore ensembles and folk music.
An accompanying programme for general public presented by Marek Poliak will run all day long on Saturday in the locality of Krupová. Entertainment provided by Cheerful Boys from Horehronie Folk Band and Horn Sledgers Male Singing Group or Drum Show Batida will be complemented with animation programme and prize winning competitions. Salaš Zbojská sheep farm will take care of good food. Come and taste typical grilled piglet, lamb, sheep's meet, pork sausages as well as potato dumplings „halušky“ with melted sheep cheese and fried bacon or other delicious traditional meals from the distinctive sheep farm.
To the venue of The 3rd Grand Prix Jasná and back you will be comfortably transported by a ski bus from Brezno. Ski buses are free of charge.
Come to enjoy endless fun on the southern side of Mt Chopok and support the horn sledge race taking part for the second time on the hills in Jasná.
