At Global Street View Map, special collections have also been added from Slovakia. From the comfort of your own home you can see the insides of caves, choose hiking in the High Tatras and Slovak Paradise, or visit open-air museums and castles.
Last year, Google went to different parts of Slovakia with special Street View equipment such as backpack (Trekker) and tricycles (The trick). Went to the mountains, including the High and Low Tatras, struck out for the culture and history of Banská Štiavnica, Bojnice Castle, Spiš Castle, and Betliar, Ľubovniansky open-air museum and the Museum of Orava village. Attention was also given to attractions such as the Zoo in Bojnice and the thermal swimming pool in Bešeňová.The greatest rarity of special collections and also the biggest surprise for Slovak users, are the unique panoramic images of the Slovak caves. Google looks into the underground caves of Domica, Dobšinská Ice Cave, Gombasecká Cave, Ochtinská aragonite cave and into Jasovska cave. The caves were viewed more specifically by Street Viewing equipment normally used for capturing interiors, so called Tripod (Tripod). Slovakia after Japan and Poland are the third country in the world that can be proud of the panoramic images from its caves.
