The high-speed Czech Railways Pendolino train will be back in Slovakia from December 14th 2014. After its morning departure from Prague, it will arrive in the Liptov region at midday and in Košice at 2 pm.
The Pendolino will be a reservation-only train link. The train will leave Prague at 6.35 and Žilina at 11.20, arriving in Košice at 14.06. It will then leave Košice at 14.52 and arrive in Prague via Žilina at 22.21.The Pendolino train will provide:
• The fastest link between Žilina, Poprad, Prešov and other eastern Slovak towns and Prague
• The fastest link for Czech tourists to the High Tatras, Low Tatras and all other eastern Slovak tourist destinations
• Daily link with the Ostrava
• Practical connection towards Brno from Ostrava.
