Would you like to experience unforgettable Spring holidays? "Frissoning" Festival is the right choice. A small family winter festival, the name of which means „shivering“ in Slovak, will liven up the extraordinary historical centre of charming Banská Štiavnica during the ending winter from February 18th to 28th, 2020.
The varied program offers a wide range of good laugh and activities – beginning with pantomime school, through theatre performances, a concert, a house of creative workshops, a big children´s game, up to music therapy.
The small festival is intended for children, as well as for adults. For several days Banská Štiavnica changes into a town full of entertainment for the whole family. You can take part in outstanding creative workshops in Kammerhof, the greatest complex of buildings in Banská Štiavnica, and in Terra Permonia, a creative workshop. You can also visit theatrical performances or get to know museums in an unconventional way.
Do not forget to bring your skis, sledge and ice-skates that will be useful in the surrounding mountains and artificial water reservoirs called tajchy.
