After 31 years of loyal service, a chair lift from Bachledova Valley goes for a well-deserved retirement. The last ride will be celebrated on Sunday, March 11th bigly in Bachledka and would finish its current ski season. Commissioning of a new funicular able to export you up the hill quickly and easily in new cabins will also take place.
They have great news for all skiers and hikers in Bachledova dolina. The new 10-seat cabin lift with hourly capacity of 1 734 persons will replace the 3-chair lift LV3 from Bachledova dolina. Its route will be identical with the current lift, but the ride time will be reduced to an incredible 5 minutes. The ride will be fast, comfortable, dry, safe and barrier-free.
Enjoy the last ride of the old three-seater having been in service since 1986. You can look forward to skiing in the three valleys, presentation of slope preparation, folk group performances, guided walks in treetops by Pieniny National Park employees, snowrafting, delicious grilled specialties for great prices, DJ directly on the slope.
Come over to say farewell to the old funicular on the ocassion of its last ride and let it take off for a deserved rest after 31 years of safe service. Bid welcome to successor and simply enjoy a fantastic Sunday.
