Biela Stopa is the oldest regularly organized mass endurance cross-country ski race in Slovakia, held in the Kremnické Mountains near Kremnica. This year, you have the opportunity to visit the 52nd edition of this event. UNCONVENTIONALLY TRADITIONAL 52nd Biela Stopa will take place in a new format as the “HOUR”. Since 1985, it has been a member of the Euroloppet European Long-Distance Racing Association. In 1989, Biela Stopa was included in the international calendar of FIS cross-country endurance races. It is the result of the annual diligent work of the organizing team and the endless ranks of Kremnica volunteers who live with the race 365 days a year. The Slovak cross-country skiing team regularly participates in the event.

SKIING CARNIVAL

Experience a unique skiing carnival on March 2, Sunday, at Malinô Brdo ski & bike park. A child in a carnival costume gets free admission with an accompanying adult (for children up to 11.99 years old). The program starts at 10:00 AM with a meeting at the top of Malinné, with instructors from the Ružomberok Ski Club. Following this, you can look forward to a downhill "train" in costumes with club members. The accompanying program includes a performance by the Liptov outlaws and music by DJ Pavol Horváth. We believe you will enjoy a lot of fun on the slopes and create unforgettable memories.

Note: The event will not take place in case of bad weather.

Along the flanks of the Western Tatras

The three-stage race “Bokami of the Western Tatras,” or simply BOKAMI, is one of the largest ski mountaineering events in Slovakia. It is held under the auspices of the Slovak Mountaineering Association JAMES. BOKAMI is an event that continues the long-standing tradition of ski mountaineering races in the Western Tatras, dating back to the early 1990s. It is the only multi-day and at the same time the most demanding ski mountaineering race in Central Europe and has gained reputation and respect in a wider European context. These races are associated with the number 3 – the race passes through 3 valleys, competitors complete 3 stages over 3 days, during which they cover approximately 60 km and about 6000 meters of elevation gain. This year, you can look forward to the 16th edition of the event.

Žampa Cup

The Žampa Cup Ski Race is a skiing competition founded by the Žampa brothers in 2014. The idea was born after Adam Žampa's return from the XXII Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, where he achieved excellent 5th and 6th place finishes. The event aims to give both future and current talents the opportunity to fulfill their sports dreams and, above all, to spend quality time outdoors in nature.
