Trnava will be flooded by thousands of flowers over four days. From Thursday, 9 May, the city will adorn itself in the most fragrant festival of the year – the May Flower. The flower market will bloom each day from 8:00 a.m. on Trojičné námestie square. The May Flower is not only a flower market, however; it is a festival where you can learn to tie macrame, about tea and tea rituals in different cultures, how to prune fruit trees and collect rainwater or about biodiversity in gardens. The Friday programme will start at 10:00 a.m. with a flower parade and will last until 6:00 p.m. For those who wish to learn interesting facts about growing and gardening, the accompanying programme will bloom on the weekend from 2 p.m.

The BIRELL BIKEFEST is the largest bicycle festival in Slovakia. It offers a huge adrenaline rush and fun for all age groups.
