Orava has become famous for its picturesque nature, korbáčiky (braided cheese) and brilliant writers. However, it hides one more phenomenon still – the Oravka train. This little train reaches, also due to its numerous stops throughout Orava region, an average speed of 30.9 km/h, which is roughly the pace that training hobby cyclists approach. Therefore, a simple idea arose – will the cyclists be able to overtake the train on the 57-kilometre-long route?
