A traditional Christmas fair belongs to one of the most attractive and most visited Christmas events not only in town of Poprad or the surrounding region, but in the whole country. Organised within the chain of events belonging to Christmas in Poprad, the fair will be this year held from December 14th to 16th, 2018.
St. Egidius Square will be, during this period, filled with lots of stalls with a varied assortment, mostly from folk craftsmen, sellers of Christmas goods and various Christmas decorations. Also, the traditional pig slaughter will take place.
The 16th Traditional Christmas Market of folk-art production and the presentation of folk traditions comes again with a manifold programme from Friday to Sunday that includes folklore ensembles, folk and popular music, dance and theatrical performances, and a dance party or an advent concert.
