The Christmas Market 2014 in Prešov takes place from November 25 to December 23 in the Main Street (Hlavná ulica). The Christmas market and Christmas programs belong to the calendar of the city of Prešov events, and are an essential part of Christmas that makes the time before the most beautiful festival of the year enjoyable, and creates the the Christmas market atmosphere.

As in previous years, also at this time, a cultural program in the city centre on the main stage in front of the Sberbank, will take place. Also this year, Christmas programs on 9th, 11th, 16th, 18th and 23th December (Tuesdays and Thursdays), will be characterised by their variety. Citizens and visitors will be able to choose from a prepared mix of performances (folklore, gospel, choral singing…), their genre.
