Description of the route: Except for a short section, the route runs in the territory of the Protected Landscape Area of Horná Orava. Apart of its beginning, it runs on not very busy roads. The final part of the route from Oravská Lesná as far as the saddle Demänová is more demanding for orientation. The whole route is passable by road bicycles apart from the short stretch beyond the village Tanečník in the final part of the route.
It offers the option to see the centre of the region Biela Orava, the town Námestovo situated on the shore of the water reserve Orava and the village Oravská Lesná with nice instructive trail. The greatest attraction of the route is the bathing and water sports in the dam of Orava and the boat trip to the island Slanický ostrov.
