Description of the route: Moderately demanding trip. The ascent from the Blatnická dolina valley to the edge of the Zádielska planina plateau is the demanding stretch. The first section of the route leads through the karstic gorge of Zádielska dolina which separates the Horný vrch and the Zádielska planina plateaux. The gorge is the National Natural Reserve with remarkable and bizarre rock formations, in places 300 metres tall. 
The return trip to the Turnianska kotlina basin is equally interesting as there are wonderful views of the magnificent gorge of the Blatnica brook seen from the Krkavčie skaly rocks. The route is well marked; the stretch running on the Zádielska planina plateau requires more attention.
