Description of the route: A visit to a couple of the Tatra valleys neighbouring with busy Štrbské pleso lake. Demanding high-mountain tour. The most difficult stretch is the final one, the ascent to Bystré sedlo saddle secured by fixed chains. Dangerous traverses in snowfields are not unusual even in summer. Beware also of breaking rock. The rest of the tour is less demanding and runs on well-maintained and distinctly marked hiking trails. Trails of this tour are closed in winter.
The route passes also by the third tallest waterfall, the lake ranging at the eighth position in the scale of the biggest Tatra lakes and crosses the saddle occupying the third position in scale of the most elevated saddles of the Slovak part of the Tatras.
