The 20th annual International Dixieland Festival Banská Bystrica 2015, which is a part of the United Europe Jazz Festival, will entertain you on May 1 and 2, 2015 in the Námestie SNP square No.1, from 10:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m. (on May 2, from 5:00p.m to 8:00 p.m.).
The Dixieland Festival is the only one of this kind in Slovakia. Since 2002, it has been a part of the jazz festival of Europe - The United Europe Jazz Festival Banská Bystrica – Hradec Králové – Šalgotarján – Zakopane, thus connecting 4 festivals in four cities, in the same period.Source: MsÚ Banská Bystrica
