Description of the route: Undemanding route running mostly on not too busy public asphalt roads and firm forest roads.
The route in form of circle proceeds around the tallest mountain of the Malé Karpaty Mts. (Záruby, 767 m) with the ruins of the Castle Ostrý Kameň not far away. On the route there is the village Smolenice with several tourist attractions (the chateau of Smolenice, originally Renaissance church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary, cave Driny, archaeological site Molpír, National Nature Reserve of the valley Hlboče, holiday centre Jahodník) with water reserve Buková and the Monument Reserve of Popular Architecture Plavecký Peter.
