Humno Tatry in Tatranská Lomnica will offer a rich 2-day programme during the Tatra May Festival. Delicious spring barbeque is scheduled for 27th April along with a beer drinking competition, a bartender contest and of course a dance party until early morning hours. The following day – 28th April will be all about grilling again and also a unique dumplings with melted sheep cheese bryndza eating competition. Folk music will be played to emphasise the atmosphere. After 10 p.m., Humno will change to a music club with a great dance party and DJ East Luke.
Take a cableway to a place with the most beautiful views. Skalnaté Pleso will offer great fun with animation programmes in the indoor fun park called Chamois land and a special chamois Olympics for all kids in an eco-mini-park. Delicious grilled specialities of our chefs will be served on the sunlit terrace of the Skalnaté Pleso restaurant and those who wish some extra entertainment can ride adventurous MOUNTAIN CARTS.
Starý Smokovec – that is mountain chalets and beautiful waterfalls, ideal for pleasant spring walks. A funicular operates to Hrebienok, which guarantees beautiful views and relaxation in a cosy zone. And last but not least, the specialised Rudolf Jelínek shop in Starý Smokovec offers original summer drinks such as the so called “ritual with pear”.
The chairlift of Solisko will be operating in the resort of Štrbské Pleso during the whole weekend. A chairlift trip in this breathtaking area can be a truly unique adventure.
