At Beckov Castle, a traditional Pumpkin Festival will be held for the 8th time during the second October weekend. If you are handy enough, you can return back to childhod and carve out your own jack-o'-lantern. A bit of fantasy, a sharp knife and you can win the prize for the most beautiful one.
The Beckov Castle premises will again be decorated with the various jack-o'-lanterns. A funny event not only for children but also for adults will not only entertain, but hopefully also to teach you what lies behind this tradition at the thematic exhibition opened until the end of the month.
At the castle on a steep 50 m tall rock above the village of Beckov, catchy fun waits for anyone. Do not miss a non-traditional castle tour at night accompanied by autumn-themed decorations and glowing pumpkins. The theme will take over the upper as well as lower parts of the castle. Jack-o'-lanterns traditionally carved out every autumn will twinkle the castle courtyard in the evening to make the atmosphere even more enhanced.
