New Lines from Bratislava to Berlin and Moscow in the Winter Season

The winter air schedule of the M. R. Štefánik Airport in Bratislava is introducing a new, regular Ryanair line to Berlin.

Plus, a new flight provider, Pobeda, is coming in December to provide a daily air connection with Moscow.

Czech Airlines
will increase the frequency of its flights on the route of Prague-Bratislava-Košice to 8 times a week.

Compared to last year’s winter air schedule, the range of destinations from Bratislava will increase by 3 cities. Last winter, there were just 14.

Apart from Berlin, Bratislava Airport now offers lines to Athens and Madrid, which Ryanair first began operating in April 2015 as part of the summer air schedule, and will continue to operate these lines during the winter season.

A complete novelty is the arrival of the new Russian air provider, Pobeda, an affiliate of the Aeroflot Group.

Stepping in for UTair Aviation, it will operate a line to Moscow’s Vnukovo Airport daily through the use of a Boeing 737-800 Next Generation plane, with a capacity of 189 seats.

The first flight should take place on 1 December 2015. Pobeda is the 4th best flight provider in the world, according to a survey conducted among Skyscanner fare search engine users.

The winter air schedule is valid until 27 March 2016.
