Description of the route: Demanding mountain route recommended only to the fit cyclists on mountain bikes. It runs on a comparatively quality asphalt roads hence the mountain bike is not indispensable. The roads are busy so take care.  
The route connects Vrútky with the Chata na Martinských holiach tourist cottage (1,250 m), which serves snacks and refreshments. The road leading down to Martin is somewhat weary and stony with sharp bends. It is easy to gain great velocity; hence it is recommended the check on breaks and wheels before the descent.
