Description of the route: The trail runs through the territory of the upper Liptov region in the boundary area between the Low and High Tatras mountain ranges. The common stretch up to Štrba proceeds in forests of the valley of the Čierny Váh river. The second part of the trail is the return by the eastern part of the Liptovská kotlina basin. It is passable by road bikes.
Options the visit the centre of upper Liptov, the town Liptovský Hrádok with eponymous castle, the calm valley of the river Čierny Váh and the cave Važecká jaskyňa with archaeological site.
