RoomAssistant, the startup from Košice, is coming soon to the tourism industry.
Although the market is filled with mobile apps that help you book a hotel room, none of them deal with the guest once they reach their hotel.The RoomAssistant mobile app is designed for hotel guests, and enables them to have all of the services they’d need at the hotel on their smartphones or tablets.
Thanks to this app you can book many services offered by the hotel, and also approach the reception desk or another department via live chat with any issues that may occur.
The app lets you rate the hotel – either with stars or by adding a comment.
The important thing is that you can stay in touch with the staff even when you are not physically present at the hotel. This eliminates having to wait in line or call the reception desk.
Dozens of hotels in Slovakia have already started using the RoomAssistant app. Presently, the company intends to enter the Spanish, Italian, German, UK, Turkish, and Singapore markets.
